  • 2 bananas, very ripe
  • 150 g yogurt (full-fat yogurt 3.5%)
  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 2 tbsp almonds, ground

Peel the bananas, break them into large pieces, and place them in a tall container. Add the remaining ingredients and blend with a hand blender for about two minutes until everything forms a creamy, homogenous mixture. Serve in a glass. This healthy drink will keep you full for hours and is ideal for breakfast or as a snack.
