Banana oat shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 10 g oat flakes, fine
  • 10 g cornflakes
  • 175 ml milk, fresh, 3.8%
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • e.g. cornflakes
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

With cornflakes – for 1 large glass

Set aside a few cornflakes for garnish. Toast the oats in a dry pan for about 3 minutes. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend everything, including the cooled oats, in a tall bowl with a hand blender until you get a milkshake. Pour the shake into a large, attractive glass and sprinkle with the cornflakes and cinnamon.
