Banana pancakes for babies and toddlers

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), the riper the better
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Rapeseed oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes about 9 – 12 pancakes

Mash the banana with a fork or puree. Add the flour and oatmeal. For babies, it’s best to blend everything with a hand blender, as this will make it smoother. Add a little water until the mixture is smooth. Only then add the egg. Mix everything with a whisk (or hand blender). Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and pour the pancake-sized batter into the pan and bake. I make enough batter for 9-12 pancakes, depending on how big I make them. Super easy and the kids and many adults love it too. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack between meals.
