- n. B. Fruit of your choice (berries, nectarines, etc.
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop up the fruit of your choice (e.g., slice or halve it, depending on the fruit). Spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly over the wrap and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Then top one half with the prepared fruit and fold the wrap closed. Cook in a contact grill until browned to your liking. Alternatively, briefly sear each side in a nonstick pan. It’s quick and easy to make, and my kids love it.
