delicious and healthy

First, place the low-fat curd cheese, banana, peanut butter (preferably without added sugar or oil), and honey into a measuring jug or blender. It’s important that the container has a milliliter scale. Then, add milk up to the 800-ml mark, which is approximately 450 ml. Blend the mixture with a hand blender, mixer, or similar device until smooth. If it’s too thick, simply add more milk—but I find the consistency very pleasant. Pour into a glass and enjoy cold. This shake is great after exercise—but you can also drink it as a breakfast substitute. Tip: You can use any fruit instead of the banana—preferably fresh, seasonal fruit.
