Banana Pineapple Smoothie
The perfect banana pineapple smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Bananas
- 0,5 Pineapple / peeled and cut approx. 500 g
- 20 g Crispy wheat and rice flakes
- 20 g Walnut kernels
- 500 ml Cold water
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 big pinches Strong pinches of chilli flakes
- Peel the bananas and roughly slice them. Halve the pineapple, peel half, remove the stalk and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients in the blender in the following order (walnut kernels, crispy flakes, banana slices, pineapple pieces, 500 ml cold water, 1 teaspoon turmeric and 2 big pinches of chilli flakes), mix well and pour into glasses. Chill until ready to serve
