  • 1 banana(s), preferably unripe
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 400 ml water, cold
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Place it in a blender with the low-fat curd cheese, honey, and water and puree.
