Banana Sckoko Gugelhupf

- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
- 70 g Desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 200 g Flour
- 3,5 tsp Baking powder deleted
- 100 g Chocolateglaze
- 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Brandy / rum
- Stir the butter until foamy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, brandy / rum and eggs. Stir with the hand mixer (whisk) until the sugar has dissolved
- Finely mash the banana with a fork, add, mix.
- Add chocolate sprinkles, desiccated coconut and milk, mix in.
- Finely sift the flour and baking powder and fold in loosely. Pour the batter into the prepared Gugelhupf pan. Smooth out the mixture, bake. Baking time: approx. 60 min. / Baking temperature: approx. 180 ° C middle rack / top and bottom heat / cooking sample. Let the finished cake cool a little in the tin and turn it onto a wire rack. Let the cake cool down.
- Melt the chocolate icing and cover the cake. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on the glaze, allow to dry.
