The perfect sucuk pan with scrambled eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Sucuk
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 150 g Sheep cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1 shot Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley frozen
- 1 Tbsp. Chives frozen
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Peel the onion, clean the peppers and dice both finely, sauté them briefly in oil, cut the sucuk into cubes and also fry in the peppers and onions, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Beat the eggs in a vessel, add the milk, salt, pepper, parsley and chives, stir well and let set in a pan with a little oil while stirring.
- Dice the tomatoes and sheep’s cheese, add to the sucuk pan, heat it up briefly, and serve everything with the scrambled eggs.
- I served it with warm flatbread, tzaziki (see my KB) and a mixed salad.
- Note 5: Sucuk is a Turkish garlic sausage.
