Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 bananas
- 1 liter of milk
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
healthy and delicious
Cut the fruit into small pieces. Place them in a blender with some of the milk. Blend well until no pieces remain. Add the rest of the milk and add sugar if necessary. Pour into glasses and enjoy. It also tastes great with berries!
