Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter biscuits
- 125 g butter
- ¾ jar jam
- 17 milk slices
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 large bananas
- 500 ml cream
- 2 packs of stracciatella cream powder, e.g. B. Paradise cream
- e.g. confectionery (jelly bananas)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours
no baking, quick and easy
For the base: Finely crumble the butter biscuits. Melt the butter and add to the biscuit crumbs. Mix well and place in a 30 x 25 cm square cake frame and press down. Refrigerate for approx. 30 minutes. Briefly warm the jam, spread it on the base, and let it cool. Mix the 100 ml of cream with the Baileys. Place the milk slice on the jam and soak in the cream-Baileys mixture. Now slice the bananas and spread them on the milk slice. For the cream: Mix the 500 ml of cream with the cream powder. This goes very quickly and will become very firm. Spread the cream on the cake and decorate with jelly bananas. Refrigerate for approx. 2 hours.
