Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) bread(s) (raisin bread), thickly sliced
  • 2 banana(s), sliced
  • ½ cup ricotta
  • 40 g chocolate shavings
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lightly toast the raisin bread. Spread with ricotta and top with banana slices. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Heat in a preheated grill until the chocolate melts and the bananas are warm. Serve immediately, with ice cream if desired.
