Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g almonds
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • 2 banana(s), mashed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

not too sweet

Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and beat until creamy. Combine the baking powder and flour and stir in. Then combine with all the other ingredients. Bake the batter in a waffle iron to make waffles. The batter can also be frozen.
