Banana yogurt milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of firm yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 150 g milk
  • ½ pack of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the bananas, yogurt, and a little milk in a blender. Then add the coconut and oat flakes. Add as much milk as you like—I prefer to add a little more, as the mixture with the oats and coconut flakes is otherwise too thick for me. If the bananas aren’t quite ripe yet, or you have a sweet tooth, you can add a little vanilla sugar. If you increase the amount of oats, it makes a great breakfast.
