Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 125 ml milk
  • 150 ml ice cream (vanilla)
  • 10 mint leaves, fresh, washed
  • 1 pinch of chili
  • 2 tsp almond brittle
  • 250 ml coffee, boiled, cold
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Variation to iced coffee

Peel the bananas and slice them. Place them in a mixing bowl. Add the vanilla ice cream (save a scoop for garnish later if desired) and the washed mint leaves. Top with the milk. Now puree everything with a hand blender. Finally, add the pinch of chili and the brittle and blend briefly again. Pour this mixture into two large coffee mugs (about halfway) and fill with the cold coffee (if you saved a scoop of ice cream, add it to the iced coffee now). Sprinkle the iced coffee with a pinch of cinnamon. Decorate as desired (e.g., with a mint leaf) and serve.
