Barbecue Dip
The perfect barbecue dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes or a mild chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp Smoked salt
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, not too sweet
- 1 tbsp Liquid honey
- 1 Pc. Small onion
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Worcester sauce, just a few drops
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Chop or grate the onion very finely. If a chilli pepper is used, cut it very finely. Mix all ingredients well. Add a little more of the individual ingredients as required. That is a matter of individual taste.
- Crème fraiche can be omitted without replacement. For me that was the last whistle that was missing. Without it I found the dip solala, with crème fraiche really delicious 🙂
- Without the crème fraiche, the sauce is also suitable as a marinade for meat.
