Three Barbecue Sauces, Dip Sauces, Fondue Sauces

The perfect three barbecue sauces, dip sauces, fondue sauces recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

garlic sauce

  • 4 Garlic clove crushed
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Quark semi-fat
  • Salt and pepper

Aurora sauce

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Quark semi-fat
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Splash Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cognac
  • Black pepper from the mill

Herb sauce

  • 25 g Herbal mixture TK
  • 1 tsp Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Quark semi-fat
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauces together (each sauce for itself, of course) – done! The photo shows the garlic sauce above, the herb dip on the left and the aurora sauce on the right.
