Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp mustard powder, ground
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp white pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dry rub for pork

Mix all ingredients and then seal in an airtight jar. Massage half of the dry rub into the pork 12-24 hours before grilling. Wrap the seasoned meat in plastic wrap and then refrigerate. Remove the meat from the refrigerator 2-4 hours before grilling. Massage the remaining rub into the meat shortly before grilling and then place it on the grill.
