Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, dark
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, light
- 1 tsp sugar
- e.g. chili
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 2 tbsp sauce thickener
- oyster sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
such as in Asian restaurants or delivery services and snack bars
Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer until the sauce thickens. Season with oyster sauce to taste. Then, serve the sauce with the desired stir-fry ingredients (vegetables, chicken, etc.) as desired.
