Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spinach, frozen, chopped
- 40 g chopped basil or baby basil
- 1 onion(s), peeled, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled, finely diced
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 200 g cream
- Allspice, from the mill
- Sea salt
- Pepper, colorful from the mill
- Nutmeg, grated
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mediterranean taste.
Sauté the onion and garlic in clarified butter. Add the frozen spinach, stir, and cook until cooked through. Fold in the basil leaves and pour in the cream. Season with allspice, nutmeg, mixed pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with sea salt.
