vitamin-rich Basmati menu

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in the basmati rice and add salt to taste. Let the rice simmer for 10 minutes at level 4-5. In the meantime, prepare the tomatoes, kiwis, kidney beans, and mandarin oranges for the wok by cutting them into pieces, washing them, and so on. Just before the rice is done, heat the wok. I used a little sesame oil for this dish, but you could also use sunflower oil. Now add the kidney beans and, if desired, curry sauce to the wok and heat for about 2 minutes in the wok, which has been heated to level 8. Then add the cooked rice and the fruit or vegetables. Mix the whole thing thoroughly and season to taste. Cover the wok with a suitable glass lid and heat the whole dish again for about 5 minutes at level 5-7.
