Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 egg white
  • 60 ml ouzo
  • 150 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g flour, self-raising
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • sesame
  • Black cumin
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Salty snacks, snacks

Combine all ingredients in a firm dough, roll it out to about 1.5 cm thick, cut into thin strips or shape into finger-thick sticks, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, black cumin, paprika, etc. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
