Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp pepper, white or orange pepper
  • ½ tsp oregano, dried
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp coriander, dried
  • possibly olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for chicken, turkey & pork

Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Pound the mustard seeds and garlic in a mortar and pestle until a paste forms. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. You can also add a splash of olive oil if desired. This mixture is sufficient for 900g of meat/poultry. About an hour before grilling, rub the meat/poultry with the mixture and let it marinate.
