Beach hut fun
- 500 g Triplets
sauce
- Sunflower oil to taste
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp “Ressi-Freund” Salatsoße (ein Geschenk)
- 150 ml Beef stock
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste

- 3 Discs Meatloaf
- 3 Eggs
- Wash the potatoes, do not peel them, and cook in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes. Then drain the whole thing, let it cool down. Peel / peel the peel and cut into slices. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Now prepare the sauce.

Serving
- Take the flat plate and first place the potato salad in the middle. Then the fried meat loaf and finally the fried eggs on top. Serve and enjoy immediately.
