  • 500 g Triplets

sauce

  • Sunflower oil to taste
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp “Ressi-Freund” Salatsoße (ein Geschenk)
  • 150 ml Beef stock
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste

  • 3 Discs Meatloaf
  • 3 Eggs
  1. Wash the potatoes, do not peel them, and cook in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes. Then drain the whole thing, let it cool down. Peel / peel the peel and cut into slices. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Now prepare the sauce.

  1. Clean the pan and pour in the sunflower oil again, heat it up. Add meat loaf and fry briefly on both sides. Take out and place on a plate and keep warm. Then crack open the eggs and fry them as fried eggs.

Serving

  1. Take the flat plate and first place the potato salad in the middle. Then the fried meat loaf and finally the fried eggs on top. Serve and enjoy immediately.
