Pizza Hut / Pizza Dough
The perfect pizza hut / pizza dough recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pizza dough
- 500 g Wheat flour type 550
- 200 Milliliters Lukewarm water
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil

- 0,5 teaspoon Garlic salt or powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Pizza sauce
- 1 Can Tomatoes happened
- 3 Toes Grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh or dried oregano
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Crust of cheese

Pizza dough
- Knead the flour, yeast and water, then add the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough until it comes off the edge of the bowl. Now put in a warm place for about 45 minutes and let it rise. It should double.

- Put the olive oil in a casserole or saucepan and heat it slightly, add the garlic and oregano and sweat, fill up with the rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil and beat with the whisk. Refrigerate.

- Divide the dough into 2 – 4 equal pieces, roll out as round and thin as possible, brush with the sauce, cover according to your own wishes and taste.
- Let rise for 20 minutes and bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° Cel. Until the edge of the pizza is brown.

- Process the dough into 2 identical pieces as above, brush the edge all around with whisked egg, cover thin strips of mozzarella 2 cm from the edge and place the dough from the outside inwards over the mozzarella and press on.
