Bean Goulash

The perfect bean goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Beef goulash or 1 can beef from the butcher
  • 50 g Magarine
  • 1 size Onion
  • Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
  • 3 Tl Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 liter Water
  • Sauce thickener dark
  • 5 Tl Dill
  • 2 Glasses Green beans
  1. If things have to go very quickly and I have absolutely no time, I also use canned beef instead of fresh beef goulash. I always get this from my butcher, it comes fresh in the can. Process in the same way but only let simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Dice the goulash into small cubes and fry it together with the diced onion and the spices in the margarine. Let everything stew for about 30 minutes. Braise canned meat for only 10 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetable stock and pour in water. Bring to the boil and thicken with a sauce thickener.
  4. Add the beans and dill and let them warm up. Let it go a little longer. Potatoes also taste very good, but simply pure, with a little bread, also very tasty
