Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cans of white beans with some of their own juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 dashes lemon(s)
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If the beans don’t blend, mash them with a fork first. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish. Perfect on bread or with vegetables like peppers and cucumbers.
