Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g beans, green
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • olive oil
  • a few garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • some balsamic vinegar, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Green beans with potatoes and lots of garlic

Wash the beans, trim the ends, cut the beans into approximately 5 cm long pieces, and cook for 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cook them for about 20 minutes, and cut them into pieces. Slice the spring onions into small rings. Finely chop or press the garlic. Place the beans, potatoes, and spring onions in a salad bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, and plenty of garlic. The salad tastes best when still lukewarm, but it’s also delicious cold!
