Vegetarian tarte flambée

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 125 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 500 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 5 Pepper from the jar, pitted and cut into thin rings or strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with feta, onions and spinach

Thaw the spinach leaves and drain well. Combine flour, oil, water, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to the highest setting. Halve the onion and slice into thin rings. Cut the feta cheese crosswise into thin strips. If desired, cut the spinach into smaller pieces. Grease a baking sheet or line it with baking paper. Roll out the dough thinly. Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream together and spread evenly over the dough. Arrange the spinach, feta, pepperoni, and onion rings on top. Season with pepper and Provençal herbs. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
