Bean salad with tomatoes and onions

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of beans (snap beans), drained
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • savory
  • 2 packs of ready-made salad dressing mix (Italian style)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the beans in a bowl. Dice the tomatoes and onions, add them, and mix. Season with savory and a little salt and pepper. Finally, prepare the dressing according to the package instructions and mix all ingredients together. It tastes great with schnitzel and is quick to prepare.
