Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g beans, green
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • some sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • lots of savory
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with chopped beans and tomatoes

Dice the onion and sauté in oil. Finely chop the beans and tomatoes and add them. Fill with water. Add the tomato paste. Season with sugar, pepper, savory, and salt. Cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the beans are tender. Season to taste and enjoy.
