Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g smoked bacon, cut into strips
  • 1 can white beans
  • 2 tbsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • some oil
  • 1 large onion(s), chopped
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pair of sausages, Debreziner or Frankfurter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

hearty and quick to prepare

Lightly roast the onion and bacon, add the paprika, and pour in the water. Add the beans and their liquid. Slice the Debreziner sausage and add it as well. Mix the flour with a little water and add to the soup. Bring to a boil and simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with a slice of bread or a roll.
