Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 tsp, heaped chicken broth, instant
  • ½ can kidney beans, drained
  • ½ can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ jar sausages
  • ½ small can of corn kernels, drained
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bean, onion and mushroom soup with sausages

Bring the water to a boil, while dicing the onions and mincing the garlic. Cut the sausages into small slices. Once the water boils, add a heaped teaspoon of stock and all the ingredients. Add the teaspoon of paprika and simmer for another 10 minutes. You can, of course, add more ingredients if desired.
