Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g chicken meat
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 100 g zucchini
- 100 g soy sprouts
- 100 g spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 200 ml cream
- 400 ml coconut milk
- Curry to taste, I use about 4 tbsp
- Sweet Chili Sauce to taste, I use about 150 ml
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the chicken, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, and spring onions, then sauté everything with the garlic and bean sprouts. Add the coconut milk and cream and simmer for 20 minutes. Season to taste with plenty of curry and sweet chili sauce.
