Bean Soup with Mince and Chorizo Maike’s Style

- 250 g White beans
- 1,5 l Meatsoup
- 400 g Minced meat
- 150 g Chorizo sausage
- 3 Pc. Potatoes
- 500 g Soup vegetables
- 2 Pc. Onions
- 1 Pc. Green peppers
- 1 Pc. Red peppers
- 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Spices such as salt, pepper, paprika, etc.
- Soak the beans in water overnight. The next day, pour off the soaking water,
- Fry the minced meat. Chop the onions, soup vegetables and peppers and cook with them. Add the beans and chopped tomatoes. Steam for about 10 minutes. Finally pour the meat stock over it.
- After about 1.5 hours of simmering on medium heat, add the potatoes and chorizo sausage cut into cubes and simmer for another 0.5 hours. Refine again with spices at the end.
