Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 liters of water or vegetable broth
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 8 floury potatoes, chopped
- 1 pack of green beans, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 31 minutes
Soups
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and form into small balls. Sauté the chopped onions in ghee, pour in the vegetable stock, and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs and simmer for a few minutes. In the meantime, peel the carrots and potatoes, dice them, add them to the stock, and cook until tender. Now add the green beans, cook everything, and season to taste, perhaps adding a little more savory. Let the soup simmer for about an hour, then enjoy.
