Beans: The Miracle Of Weight Loss

Every bean makes a sound: if that’s keeping you from eating beans and legumes, you’re wrong! Here are three good reasons why you can lose weight with it.

Beans are not necessarily often on the menu. The smelly side effects are just too intense. Beans and legumes are super healthy foods that are also low in calories. And for your peace of mind: If you just smuggle a few beans into your main dishes, you won’t notice much of the unpleasant side effects either. Beans for weight loss: best fiber

Fiber, as you probably know, stimulates digestion. But when it comes to losing weight, it is even more important to get really full. And this is where the good beans and legumes come in again. For example, 100 grams of kidney beans contain 21 grams of fiber. This is the stuff that keeps us full for a long time.

You don’t have to eat a whole plate full for this, but simply mix the beans into other dishes. You can even add a few beans to your smoothie. Since most legumes are relatively tasteless, this is not noticeable at all.

Or you can put some in your omelet in the morning. Another idea: Enrich your pasta dishes with beans. And of course, they taste great on a pizza too.

Beans to lose weight: a protein bomb

Beans are not only a great source of protein for vegetarians, but also for meat eaters. The advantage of both is: They provide energy and keep blood sugar stable. This keeps us from grabbing high-calorie snacks.

If you add beans to your morning and noon meal, you will endure longer breaks in eating much better. As you read above, simply adding a handful of beans to your regular meal is enough. Feel free to be creative. Pasta, pizza, curries, stews, whatever, throw in some beans and you’re done.

Beans to lose weight: snack smarter

The same applies to in-between snacks: beans are better. Most people only think of hearty dishes when they think of beans. Clearly wrong. Chickpeas, for example, are great with honey and can be processed into a sweet snack. You can also make brownies with Mexican black beans.
