Beck's Burrata à la Katz Orange

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cream cheeses (burrata)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 butternut squash, approx. 1.3 kg
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chili pepper(s), dried
  • 1 tsp, sautéed garam masala
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 basil leaves

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Dice the butternut squash and garlic cloves, season with salt and chili, then place in a bowl and add olive oil. Place everything on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 40 minutes. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, add the basil and garam masala. Then mix well with the cooked squash. Arrange the vegetables on plates, place the burrata in the center of the vegetables, and serve.
