Beef and cashew pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g beef from the young bull
  • 40 g cashew nuts
  • 100 g basmati rice
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the beef into thin strips and fry in hot oil. Slice the bell peppers into strips and slice the spring onions into rings. Combine the cashew nuts, soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper, sugar, and a pinch of chili powder in a bowl and mix. Add everything to the beef and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Serve the rice and beef together.
