Beef Fillet Skewers for Grilling

- 400 g Beef fillet
- 2 Small sausages
- 6 Discs Bacon
- 0,5 Bell pepper, red
- 1 Pointed pepper, green
- Chili seasoning oil
- Some fresh bay leaves
- 2 Chili peppers
- Remove any fat from the meat
- I just brushed the beef fillet with my seasoning oil, then cut it into cubes and skewered it with the other ingredients. This skewer should really only be grilled very briefly so that the meat remains nice and tender.
