Beef Minute Steaks – Spicy Stuffed

The perfect beef minute steaks – spicy stuffed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Beef minute steaks
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

For the filling:

  • 100 g Tea sausage, coarse
  • 6 Seedless prunes
  • 2 tablespoon Brandy

Aside from that:

  • 12 Wooden sticks or toothpicks
  • 30 g Biskin for frying
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 ml Meatsoup
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch – mixed cold
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Knock the steaks a little flatter between the foil, then rub with pepper and spread thinly with Dijon mustard. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees using a suitable pan.
  2. Chop the prunes into small cubes and mix with the tea sausage and brandy in a container. Divide the mixture into 6 parts and add part of the filling to each prepared steak. Fix with toothpicks.
  3. Heat the biscuit in a pan and fry the beef packets brown all over, then transfer them to the oven dish and let cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare a spicy sauce during this time. To do this, add the wine to the frying set in the pan and let it simmer a little, extend the base with the broth and let it boil vigorously once. Thicken slightly with the starch and season to taste with pepper, salt and brandy.
  5. Serve the spicy filled beef minute steaks with the delicious sauce with wide ribbon noodles and red cabbage.
