  • 4 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 kg Beef goulash
  • 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 200 ml Dry red wine
  • 1 L Beef broth
  • Paprika powder

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into large cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker and brown the onion and garlic cubes in it. Add beef goulash and fry too. Stir in mustard. Pour in the red wine and stock. Put the lid of the pressure cooker on and let it cook for about 20 minutes the first time it sizzles. Pull off the stove and release the pressure, then carefully remove the lid. Season the goulash with paprika, salt and pepper. Mix the flour with a little water, add to the goulash and let it thicken.
