Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg roast beef
- pepper
- rosemary
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 hours; Total time approx. 7 hours 5 minutes
I peppered the meat and vacuum-sealed it with rosemary and a little olive oil. The meat goes into the sous vide cooker for 7 hours at 56°C.
