Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 5 tbsp tomato puree
  • 250 ml broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Briefly sauté the chopped onions in oil and butter in a frying pan. Then increase the heat, add the minced meat to the pan, and stir with a wooden fork until the meat is lightly browned. Reduce the heat to low, then add the trimmed and sliced ​​leeks, tomato puree, stock, mustard, and seasonings to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour the sour cream over the meat just before serving. Serve hot with cooked pasta or rice. Tips: Suitable for freezing. Add sour cream only after thawing and warming. Drink suggestions: Beer, red wine spritzer, yogurt mix.
