Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg beef (beef schnitzel)
- ¼ liter beef broth
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp capers
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- oil
- Spice mix (Porterhouse seasoning)
- Herbs of Provence
- Salt and pepper, colorful
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the meat into 1.5 cm thick slices, pound, and season with salt. Sear on both sides, remove from the pan, and then season with porterhouse seasoning, Provençal herbs, and mixed pepper. Pour 1/4 l beef broth over the remaining meat, press in the garlic, add the capers and sour cream, stir, and season to taste. Return the meat to the sauce and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle and a green salad.
