- 300 g minced meat
- 200 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 20 g butter
- 350 g pasta (croissants)

Minced meat casserole
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and then transfer it to a baking dish and mix in the butter. Fry the ground beef in a little oil until browned and crumbly, then season with salt and pepper. Add the ground beef, half of the cheese, and the passata to the pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake uncovered on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes.
