Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder (15 g)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.33 liters of beer
  • 150 g fried onions or 1 pack of diced ham
  • ½ bag of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Knead together the flour, baking powder, sugar, fried onions, and beer. Finally, mix in the grated cheese. Shape into a loaf and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 45-50 minutes. You can also use diced ham instead of the fried onions.
