Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 10 g olive oil
- 7 g sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 10 g salt
- 360 ml water, lukewarm
- Black cumin, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes
easy and fast
Mix all ingredients into a dough (caution: it’ll be quite runny) and spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with black cumin seeds, if desired. Bake at 250°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 7-9 minutes.
