Beer Coach Steak

  • 2 Pork steaks fresh
  • 200 ml Beer Hell
  • 1 Onion
  • Coarse pepper
  • Salt

  • 2 Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Margarine for frying
  1. Wash the steak and remove the bones if desired. Season generously on both sides with salt and pepper. Peel and roughly cut the onion. Then place the onion on top of the meat in a can that can be closed well and pour the beer over it until everything is covered … Put the lid on and preferably overnight in the refrigerator. The longer the meat is placed, the more tender it will be.
  2. The next day ………….. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings …. Put the meat (nice and wet) in a hot pan and slowly sear it in its own beer juice .. . after about half the time add the onion rings and sweat them until golden brown …..
  3. Then put some of the pickled beer in the pan and let it boil down a little … We ate potato broccoli mash with it … but it also tastes good with potatoes
