Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 beetroots
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 150 ml red wine
- 250 ml water
- 200 g feta cheese
- a few stalks of rosemary
- some pepper
- some chili powder
- some salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Peel and grate the beetroot. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the beetroot and sauté briefly, then deglaze with the red wine. Then add the water and season to taste, including the rosemary sprigs. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Add the finely diced feta cheese a few minutes before serving and remove the pan from the heat when the cheese has melted. Serve with a delicious baguette, for example. Enjoy!
